It’s a win, win
Our business is 100% word of mouth at the moment. Everything has been by hand from start to end from scheduling with my mom Patti, to cleaning, to invoicing. We’ve been doing this business our whole lives. The business might have started with mom, but my grandma managed & turned apartments, my great grandparents were dairy farmers which required not only cleanliness for food safety, but for environmental wellness with passed down techniques you can only get from years of passed down awareness, experience & care. We’ve always taken pride in our work from generation to generation making CQI unique, creative, family owned & ran since 1979. Getting mom to adapt to online invoicing has been something to experience btw. She stands over my shoulder saying “add more asterisks” “make that part bigger” 🤣 she’s adding herself every chance she gets into everything we do.
Designing
Everything is getting done in all directions to just add more for convenience to make it easier for our existing clients we know & love, to our future clients and most importantly to connect everyone back to Patti because she built this business & it’s hers. We have new cards coming soon & this website will be another place of contact always 24/7 for convenience. All messages, email, & calls go to Patti through this website with added help. I will be on and off to probably post more depending if I survive creating more sections on here. I keep saying convenience also, but just know I want to point out my mom is attached to her phone. If you call the number 930-8051 she will probably answer it in her sleep. Also for anyone thinking of building a website. It is an experience I’m not sure in this moment isn’t taking years off my life.🤪 learning as I go with this

See now I’m back to happiness. It’s the small things. What rule was that on zombie land to enjoy the little things? That’s where I’m at with this post and this website building at the moment. I’m sure when mom sees the website she will want it completely changed and more purple added 😂 mom if you find this post just know I can’t add 1979 or 4 stage sanitation anymore than what is on each page and just know I love you & you’re the bestest mom ever. The invoicing just so everyone knows is custom to each address as we make them on this new program for you all. We are doing this to ensure it’s up to CQI standards with Patti’s touch always. This means she’s sitting beside me as they’re written up with that look on her face because it’s taking longer than it takes to write it with her little carbon copied invoicing system I grew up watching her use that she’s still using every chance she gets. I don’t think she will ever fully convert 🥹There’s only one CQI family business, one Patti & we hope everyone will love the new website & cards.💜-Lisa (the favorite & 1st born) 🥰🤣
